I've been with Net10 for years & have had no major issues with them until this year. The mobile app won't let me access support. Button doesn't even work. I've been enrolled in auto-refill & they still charge me 35 instead of the 31.50 a month. This is the 4th*? month of this happening. I finally got ahold of support & was told I had to go to the "Promotion Department". Told me someone would reach out (this was on March 7th) if I provided my #. I gave it to him twice...& I'm still waiting.

I can't log onto the website to shop for a new phone. I was told by their tech support to clear my cache, it didn't help. I was then told that I needed to download the app.Which says that it might not be applicable for my system. All that it does is let me pay for service. And you're going to tell me to copy and paste a link to get help, I can not do that from my device, my cell phone can't, and when I try to log in on the website, it never gives me the sign in box.

I've been with Net 10 over 10 years. Excellent service. I'll never change to another company. I love how easy I can pay my bill . I love everything about Net 10.

Love Net10, but the app is super glitchy. I keep getting weird errors when I try to log in, even though I've never had issues before. I can't log in at all through the app.
